Business Intelligence Agent

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Agent to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team and play a key role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes. As an essential member of our team, turning raw data into meaningful insights that contribute to informed business decisions, automating reporting processes, and providing actionable insights that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities / Duties (including, but not limited to)

• Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and develop targeted BI solutions.
• Manage daily BI tasks, including data monitoring, report generation, and data visualization.
• Source, analyze, and interpret high-volume data sets to identify trends and patterns relevant to the business.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities in data interpretation and reporting.
• Develop and implement effective BI strategies and plans tailored to support decision-making processes.
• Build and maintain a robust data pipeline through proactive data management and relationship-building with data sources.
• Conduct data quality assessments to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of information.
• Manage the end-to-end BI process, ensuring a seamless and insightful data experience for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to refine our BI tools and practices.
• Contribute to our data-driven initiatives and market analysis efforts to strengthen our competitive edge.

Work Experience / Knowledge

• 1-2 years’ experience is required related in business intelligence or data analysis. Candidates with backgrounds in the financial services or technology sectors are preferred.
• Native English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in data mining to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Proficient in utilizing BI tools and platforms (such as Power BI, or similar) to create visualizations and reports.
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Proven hands-on experience in Power BI (both Front-end and Back-end)
• Prior experience with Python is advantageous
• Track record of successfully delivering high-quality data insights that align with organizational goals.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Working hours consist of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with 30-minute flexibility starting at 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), including a 1-hour lunch break (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.), subject to change based on operational needs.
