We are growing and looking to recruit a Junior Partners Relations Specialist (9am to 6pm Cyprus time, Monday - Friday) in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

As a Junior Partners Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in onboarding and supporting our partners, ensuring smooth operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company with a professional, friendly and results-driven culture. This is an office-based job with opportunity to work 1 day from home and be flexible to work on day shifts, such as 12 pm to 8 pm, after probation period.

Reporting to: Head of Partners Support & Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding of Affiliates / IBs / Money Managers and other company partners
  • Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks of the partners’ department such as partner connections, withdrawals, commission payments, and troubleshooting
  • Assist in the monitoring of affiliates and IBs activities to optimize partner performance and report suspicious activities
  • Educate the partners on the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit and withdrawal procedures
  • Proactively work to retain existing business and reactivate partners
  • Update Partners team social media channels
  • Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs via telephone, live chat and email, ensuring excellent service standards and loyalty
  • Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the company policies, ethos and ethics
  • Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met
  • Supporting and assisting all departments as required

Candidate profile:

  • Fluency in English
  • Preferable, but not required, fluency in other languages
  • Previous experience in customer service - oriented jobs
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Driven and results orientated
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work two shifts: 9:00 - 18:00, 12:00 - 20:00
