About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate trainer who can take full ownership of our product training program delivery for the global sales operations. The successful candidate should be digitally savvy and preferably with an experience in delivering technology product/solution training programs in the past.
Product Certification Program aims to enable Global sales force to pitch our wealthtech technology offerings under Velexa brand with full confidence.

Responsibilities
Own the delivery of training curriculum - interactive lectures, business cases, team exercises, online learning, best practice examples;
Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Velexa products;
Execute on strategies for the delivery of Velexa certification Program, i.e. what methods of delivery should be used;
Package learning content according to objectives and stakeholder need;
Produce training schedules, agendas and learning outcomes;
Travel across Company’s and partners offices to run the relevant Program modules (Level 1,2,3) for the dedicated Sales teams;
Provide regular feedback for curriculum improvement and further developments;
Regular reporting.
Requirements
Proven track record in delivering digital products trainings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with the digital product training methodology and ways of delivering material
Advanced English is a must and a second language is preferred
Ability and willingness to travel across the globe
Soft skills - self-motivation, a good deal of ambition, organized and focused personality, passionate about the job he/she is doing, able to create chemistry with the audience
