Role Purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with management and heads of departments; they will be part of a team analyzing large data sets to identify opportunities, trends, and behaviors that will help drive business decisions and optimize customer value.

Core Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of ad-hoc analyses and investigations as required by the business and communicating output to the relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain reports for a multi-product and multi-company environment.
• Build and maintain data sources for reporting.

Required Skills

• Experience in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role applying statistical methods to solve business problems
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Google Analytics
• Python

Education

• A Master's degree is preferred, a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, and a PhD is ideal.
