We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structured Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will get in touch with global institutions at the forefront of financial innovation. You will have the opportunity to be part of the growth of the alternative investment industry by leading the implementations of new transactions.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with clients to assess transaction structures from both a contractual and data point of view, extracting information from a variety of documents (trustee reports, legal documentation, etc.) and modelling complex finance transactions
- Map data sources to Cardo AI proprietary data model, and support our solutions growth leveraging SQL to engineer a structuring platform to enable the construction of complex transactions
- Partner internally with the Customer Success team, Product managers, and Tech Lead, operating in a highly collaborative environment
- Ensure proactive, systematic communication with clients to maintain high customer retention and enterprise-ready support across a diverse market (investment banks, hedge funds, and large banks)
How will your expertise contribute to everyone's success:
- You have extensive experience (with a minimum of 3 years) with structured finance, including securitizations, leveraged finance, asset based lending or DCF modelling
- You are comfortable working with datasets containing millions of rows and hundreds of columns and can quickly slice and dice data using tools such as R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, or SQL
- Ownership-driven, action-biased, and truth-seeking individual with a proactive approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Fluency in English is essential
