WHO WE ARE
We’ve moved far beyond our origins as a small startup. Today, we’re a truly global fintech company, with over 3000+ people from 80 nationalities, spread across 22 offices on 4 continents. And we’re growing and diversifying more rapidly than ever before.
WHAT WE DO
Our card readers are used by over 3 million merchants to process payments in 34 countries. As we build a world where small businesses can be successful doing what they love, we’re continually expanding our range of products and services.
We started with mPOS in 2012, and today we help merchants better connect to their business, their customers and each other through our rich ecosystem of products and services around accounting, online shop and payments, SumUp card and account, P2P, loyalty and business analytics, all in one place.
Our vision as a global fintech company is to build the first-ever global card acceptance brand. We rely on local, autonomous, cross-functional teams that can take an aspect of our product and perfect it from concept to execution.
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Post-processing domain.
The Post-processing domain consists of several platforms and provides user interfaces in order to ensure the smooth, timely and transparent movement of funds from the SumUp processing platform to our customers.
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Product Manager in the Post-processing domain you will have the opportunity to contribute to the core of SumUp’s product ecosystem - payment acceptance - by ensuring that SumUp has the necessary tools & processes to exercise financial control over merchants’ payouts and settlements from external financial institutions involved in card acceptance.
You will be responsible for the timely, accurate and fully compliant processes that enable merchant payouts and account for the related money flow. These processes include reconciliation, safeguarding and financial controlling, and you will work closely with the Operational teams that drive them today to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and ensure full transparency for internal stakeholders and auditors alike.
Together with several autonomous and cross-functional squads, you will continue developing and improving a secure, scalable and mistake proof payout process and an accompanying back office and apply product discovery and delivery best practices to ensure scalability at the speed at which SumUp attracts new customers and drive automation and efficiency that increase accuracy and minimizes repetitive manual work.
If you believe in building products around motivated individuals in a supportive environment and trusting your team to get the job done, then the Product manager - Post-processing is just the role for you.
