About the Job:
This role is onsite in our Rai office, Amsterdam. Join our dynamic AML Quality Team in Amsterdam as we embark on an exciting transformation journey. Previously focused on KYC for corporate onboarding of Dutch clients, our team is now dedicated to quality assurance for private, corporate, and institutional Dutch clients. Our mission is to enhance and monitor AML quality at Saxo.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing quality standards, conducting tests, identifying issues in onboarding and ODD processes, and reporting findings. You will work closely with stakeholders to create policies and processes that foster a zero-defect quality culture.
In this role, you will manage first-line QA controls in content and process, collaborating with fellow QA Specialists. You will provide expert advice to colleagues in departments such as compliance, financial framework, senior management, and the business. Your insights will be instrumental in developing improvement plans with management, positioning you as a professional partner in the AML organization. Key skills include identifying significant risks through understanding laws, local regulations, and business insights.
You will collaborate with AML experts on risk assessments, demonstrating decisiveness and ownership. Conduct quality assurance on CDD activities in accordance with Wwft, Policies, and Standards, presenting and report findings clearly and accurately, with a focus on risk management. Adaptability, decisiveness, and clear communication are essential. You will have plenty of interaction with our global colleagues including a large stakeholder map at our Copenhagen HQ and our local offices.
