Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies with a focus on digital channels that align with our business objectives in the financial trading sector.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and events, emphasizing return on investment (ROI).
Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes, using insights to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
Brand Development: Enhance brand presence and positioning while maintaining consistency with global brand guidelines and ensuring a discreet approach.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and foster innovative digital marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Assist in managing regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending while utilizing data analytics for performance-driven decisions.
Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local influencers and stakeholders to enhance marketing outreach and effectiveness.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the CFD brokerage or financial trading industry.
Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness in the financial trading market.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing within the CFD brokerage sector is desirable.
Ability to operate discreetly and professionally in a sensitive market environment.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
