Job Description

An established global Forex broker is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of the local market, and the ability to create and implement strategies aligned with our company objectives.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Salary range: USD 20,000 – 24,000

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
  • Leverage professional networks and industry knowledge to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Create and execute strategies to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support sales initiatives and improve client engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Travel as required to meet clients, build partnerships, and support market expansion.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Forex industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading and market trends.
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to foster business growth.
