Trading Operations Analyst

Purpose:

We are looking for a Junior Trading Operations Analyst within the risk management function with relevant trading operations or dealing experience to join our growing Risk Management Department.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive end-to-end investigations on trade-related issues/queries and acting as second-line response level between customer support and risk management.
• Assistance in efficiently managing and overseeing trading platforms namely MT4/5 servers and proprietary trading software.
• Participation in configuring and monitoring trade execution engines/bridges including third-party plugins and software.
• Support in product pricing, cost analysis and promptly resolving pricing issues to maintain the smooth operation of trading activities.
• Participation in efficiently managing corporate actions, swaps, platform settings, and handling various daily operational tasks as required.
• Support on special projects and may involve coordinating multiple simultaneous work streams and communicating effectively with individuals to ensure project deadlines are met and benefits delivered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent in related working experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to work on shifts (morning and evening shifts) and over weekends when requested.

Nice to Have:

• At least 1+ year of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Experience in administration of MT4/5 and experienced in using bridging technology such PrimeXM and OneZero.
