As our new Account Manager, you will:

  • Identify and targeting high-value opportunities, negotiating complex deals and maximizing sales potential,
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors and industry players, leading to long-term business relationships,
  • Focus on strategic sales initiatives, the company can reach new markets, tap into different customer segments, and expand its reach beyond traditional boundaries,
  • Support the company in staying ahead of competitors by being proactive in identifying market trends, customer needs and emerging opportunities,
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to bring innovate solutions to the market, meeting customer demands and staying ahead of industry trends.
  To succeed at this position you should have:
  • Experience of working in a Financial Institution, bank industry and/or Fintech, payment scheme,
  • English and Latvian on fluent level,
  • University degree or equivalent job experience – field related to the role,
  • Proactive approach, action oriented, self driven,
  • Excellent understanding of the payment industry,
  • Good understanding of payment technology,
  • Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Riga, Latvia.

The Account Manager role is essential for driving revenue growth to exceed budget targets, as well as increase stickiness with our customers, and driving innovation within the company.

 

 

The Account Manager position will focus on sales with existing customers as well as approaching and winning new customers, the focus will be IDEMIA's full suite of services within payment.
