Job Title: Forex Account Manager (German Speaker)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new clients interested in Forex trading solutions. Implement innovative sales strategies to grow the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients. Understand their trading goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Master Forex products and services, keeping abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events impacting currency markets.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages and features of our Forex trading platforms and services.
  • Risk Management: Educate clients on risk management strategies, emphasizing the inherent risks in Forex trading while offering guidance on mitigation techniques.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor global economic trends and currency market developments to provide clients with timely, relevant insights.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, maintaining detailed reports on performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as research and analysis, to enhance client offerings and stay ahead of market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Certifications in Forex trading or finance are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, with a proven focus on Forex trading and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Forex Expertise: Deep understanding of the Forex market, including currency pairs, trading platforms, and technical analysis. Familiarity with trading strategies and risk management is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence.
  • Networking Skills: Strong aptitude for networking within the financial industry to attract and retain clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in market data analysis with the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using Forex trading platforms and related tools.
  • Language Requirement: Must be fluent in German.
