Designation: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Coordination

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.

Collaborate with team members and agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

Monitor progress and provide updates on campaign milestones.

2. Project Management

Oversee the timely execution of marketing initiatives, including events, expos, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure deliverables are met.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring no overlap or delays.

3. Communication Management

Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and internal & external stakeholders such as agencies, vendors, partners and global marketing team.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team and with external collaborators.

Relay feedback and requirements between stakeholders to ensure alignment.

4. Event Coordination

Assist in planning and organizing expos, financial webinars, and offline events.

Handle logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, and vendor arrangements.

Ensure branding materials and marketing collaterals are ready and available for events.

Coordinate with event partners for smooth execution and on-site support.

5. Budget Management

Track budgets for various marketing activities and campaigns.

Ensure all marketing expenditures stay within allocated budgets.

Liaise with the finance team for invoice processing and vendor payments.

6. Content Scheduling

Work with the content and design teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Manage the scheduling of content for email campaigns, social media, and other channels.

Maintain a content calendar to track publishing dates and deadlines.

7. Data Collection & Reporting

Collect data from campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.

Compile performance reports to provide insights into campaign effectiveness.

Suggest improvements based on data analysis and feedback.

8. Marketing Material Management

Maintain an inventory of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and giveaways.

Coordinate with vendors to restock materials as needed.

Ensure all materials meet brand standards and compliance requirements.

9. Team Collaboration

Support team members by coordinating resources and facilitating workflows.

Schedule and organize team meetings to review progress and plan next steps.

Act as a bridge between creative, digital, and operational teams to streamline processes.

10. Partnership Support

Assist in identifying potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for partnerships.

Monitor partnership performance and provide support for joint marketing initiatives.

11. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Maintain organized documentation of marketing plans, reports, and activities.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing contracts, agreements, and approvals.

12. Vendor and Agency Coordination

Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, designers, and event organizers.

Ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors during project execution.

13. Internal Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes for better efficiency.

Implement tools or software to streamline workflows and project management.

Share feedback and suggestions with the team to refine marketing operations.

14. Support in Strategy Development

Conduct research to gather insights on competitors and industry trends.

Provide input for the development of marketing strategies and plans.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.

15. Crisis Management

Assist in managing any unforeseen issues during campaigns or events.

Act as a problem-solver by coordinating quick solutions and minimizing disruptions.

Communicate promptly with stakeholders about changes or updates.
