providing excellent customer service (supporting Czech/Slovak Clients)
building up positive relationships with customers
resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
monitoring of the situation on financial markets
working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Slovak language - native or proficiency level required
very good knowledge of English language is a must
higher education (might be IV or V year student)
previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)
responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
good knowledge of MS Office
positive attitude
