Job Description
Processing client deposits and withdrawals as well as internal transfers
Preparation of client volume and revenue analyses (daily, weekly, monthly)
Extracting reports from trading platforms (fiscal statements for clients)
Support in opening new client accounts in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and Due Diligence procedures
Closing client accounts on request
Producing opened and closed accounts Monthly report (Reporting to Commission)
Monitoring of margins, groups and client commissions conversions (monthly)
Website monitoring
Review of the internal best-execution report
Any other duties that given by the Finance Manager.
Unlock client accounts on the ePortal (incl. password resets)
Support with the preparation of annual CRS return
Qualifications
Educated to degree level
Junior. Experience working for an FCA regulated firm would be an advantage.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office with Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Fluent English both written and spoken
Impeccable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Very well organised with good time management skills
An over achiever, resilient, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Able to take proactive action when necessary
Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
