What You'll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Thailand Lead Growth: Strategically grow GO Market’s leads performance within the Thailand by developing targeted campaigns that resonate with the market’s needs and preferences.
Lead Management: Effectively manage new leads and meet or exceed set KPIs, driving business growth and client acquisition while optimising lead conversion.
Influencer and Digital Marketing Partnerships: Collaborate with YouTubers, influencers and other digital marketing channels within the Forex industry to drive lead traffic, boost brand awareness and enhance GO Market’s digital presence.
Client Presentations: Develop and deliver dynamic presentations and webinars to enhance client engagement.
Global Team Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to expand GO Market’s client database, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a client-centric approach in each region.
Innovation and Improvement: Suggest and help implement initiatives to enhance the client experience and improve our services.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on economic and political developments affecting financial markets.
Social Media Engagement: Conduct thorough research to deliver timely and relevant market updates and commentary across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with current trends and audience engagement.
Content Creation: Prepare daily/weekly market summaries and write articles covering both fundamental and technical analysis, aimed at enhancing trader knowledge and decision-making.
Marketing Collaboration and Newsletter Contribution: Work with the marketing team to measure the success of market commentaries and provide ideas for monthly trading newsletters, including trade alerts and opportunities, educational content and tailored campaigns to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
Educational Support: Assist in developing and delivering educational materials for clients on market movements, opportunities, risk management and trading strategies.
Compliance Champions: Stay updated and adhere to revisions in compliance practices and procedures as implemented by the Compliance Team / Committee.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Education: A tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field.
Qualifications: RG146 qualifications (Securities, Derivatives and Foreign Exchange) are essential.
Industry Experience: Demonstrated account management and sales experience within the FX/CFD or financial markets sectors.
Market Insight: A solid understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
Client and Sales Management: A proven track record in ensuring clients receive top-tier, value-driven service that enhances loyalty and generates ongoing business opportunities and sales growth.
Client Education: Proven experience in developing and delivering compelling presentations for client meetings, events and interactive webinars, with the ability to manage end-to-end event coordination, including content delivery and addressing client queries in real-time.
Sales Communication and Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally and demonstrate confidence in public speaking.
Team Collaboration: A proven team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Critical Thinking: Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
