We are currently looking for a candidate to head the Client Services team in Europe; directly reporting to the Global Head of Client Services with an ambition to be part of a company with big ambitions.
The Client Services team has various areas of responsibility, from monitoring and managing our large datacentre installations, setting up advanced solutions with our clients to maintaining relationship with designated clients and handling on ad hoc basis client queries. This position is both technical and business focused and gives the candidate a great opportunity to learn and experience the full lifecycle of advanced global financial trading. The successful candidate is expected to perform the following:
Areas of responsibility
· Manage a team of individuals to effectively deliver timely results for external and internal stakeholders with regular review and feedback given to them.
· Support, monitor and operate our live trading platforms in a 24x5 team.
· Maintain and execute escalation processes in an efficient manner with the development team.
· Meticulously review and apply changes in ClearVision when required.
· Ensuring the health of the system is maintained while diligently managing client queries.
· Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients with a full technical onboarding.
· Managing inbound and outbound client queries in salesforce.
· Assist the sales team with developing business for e.g. client presentations.
· Organise and participate in on-going IT calls to manage the technical changes required.
· Understanding and maintaining 3rd party trading venues like OneZero, PrimeXM, etc.
· Updating compliance ledgers for on-going matters.
· Setting up client’s accounts in various systems and according to client’s specifications
· Oversee all on-going projects and KPIs assigned to the team.
