With our team on the cusp of surpassing 200 Qredsters, we are now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Success Representative to help lead the next chapter in our growth journey and help our B2B customers.

About the role

The role of Customer Success Representative involves supporting our Danish customers via all of our inbound contact channels, phone, chat and email. You will resolve our customer's errands which will be broad and varied, it can be anything from technical support regarding signing a contract, questions about an ongoing loan application or help regarding invoices. You will take full ownership of the errand and through excellent customer service, drive customer satisfaction. You will be exposed to many parts of our business, giving you insights in for example both our Underwriting and Collections processes. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues in the team as well as other stakeholders and departments to drive errand resolution.

We have grown the business immensely in the past year, and also received our banking license at the end of last year. Therefore, you will also have an impact on new routines and ways of working both internally and on how we operate towards our customers.

In this role, you will be a part of a diverse team of 7 people and learn to underwrite a company and work closely with SMV’s. This role reports to the Country Manager Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer errands, via phone, chat, and email
  • Take full ownership of the resolution & the customer-facing contact
  • Underwrite companies
  • Contact customers to help find a solution to their late invoice
  • Collaborate with colleagues both within and outside the team to drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email
  • Fluent in both oral and written Danish and English
  • Experience from previous fintech and/or fast-growing companies is a plus
