How will you add value to Ozan?
Work closely with business and tech teams, turning customer and market needs into clear, actionable tasks.
Create detailed documentation and training materials for internal teams and customers to ensure smooth product adoption and use.
Dive into customer feedback and data to uncover trends, address challenges, and find opportunities for better features and products.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes, ensuring Ozan's solutions remain compliant and competitive.
Collaborate with sales teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
Provide hands-on support during product implementations, resolving technical and operational challenges to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Thoroughly test new features before deployment to ensure they meet customer expectations and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Prior experience FinTech products, especially with POS (Point of Sale) and PSP (Payment Service Provider) solutions is a huge plus.
Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
Familiarity of API-based integration methods, such as REST
A technical mindset with an understanding of system workflows and architecture.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Quick learner with a proactive and independent approach to work.
