Your Role

You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues.

Job Description:

  • Handle incoming customer queries promptly and professionally

  • Investigate and resolve financial transaction issues, including double charges, claims, and chargebacks.

  • Perform in-depth research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessments using internal and external sources in close collaboration with the Compliance department.

  • Conduct business customer screening and monitor for potential risks, reporting to Compliance Department

  • Investigate client-reported issues, provide solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the resolution process.

  • Communicate with customers in English and French (main markets: France, Italy, Spain, Belgium)

  • Ensure all submitted KYC/KYB documents comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adherence to data protection standards.

  • Process client payment/acceptance setup modifications and profile adjustments accurately.

  • Oversee billing, supplier management, and a variety of back-office tasks to support operational efficiency and broaden your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to correspond clearly in English and French.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Experience in financial services, risk assessment, or customer support is a requirement.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and Independent player with developed problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
