Your Role
You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues.
Job Description:
Handle incoming customer queries promptly and professionally
Investigate and resolve financial transaction issues, including double charges, claims, and chargebacks.
Perform in-depth research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessments using internal and external sources in close collaboration with the Compliance department.
Conduct business customer screening and monitor for potential risks, reporting to Compliance Department
Investigate client-reported issues, provide solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the resolution process.
Communicate with customers in English and French (main markets: France, Italy, Spain, Belgium)
Ensure all submitted KYC/KYB documents comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adherence to data protection standards.
Process client payment/acceptance setup modifications and profile adjustments accurately.
Oversee billing, supplier management, and a variety of back-office tasks to support operational efficiency and broaden your expertise.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to correspond clearly in English and French.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Experience in financial services, risk assessment, or customer support is a requirement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and Independent player with developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
