The Role:

The Senior Multimedia Designer is responsible for leading the creation of high-quality video content and motion graphics that elevate the company’s brand across digital platforms. This role will focus on video editing, animation, and establishing the foundation for a dedicated motion design team.

How You Can Make a Difference:

• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and developers to develop creative multimedia content ideas.
• Meet with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct research to identify trends and innovative media techniques.
• Develop motion design elements and establish brand motion guidelines.
• Design and produce multimedia content, including video animations, typography animations, and digital imagery.
• Create original illustrations and motion graphics from scratch.
• Build animated sequences using industry-standard animation tools.
• Record, edit, and encode audio files to enhance multimedia projects.
• Perform edits and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multimedia or motion graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D and animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Adobe Dimension).
• Familiarity with UI design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI tools for creative purposes (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the principles of design, storyboarding, animation principles, and visual design.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Experience with video shooting and production (videography).
• Artistic with an eye for aesthetics and visually compelling content.
