This is a key leadership role where you will shape compliance strategies, collaborate with senior executives, and ensure our business operates with integrity and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Compliance is a strong advantage
  • 7+ years of experience in financial compliance and regulatory matters
  • Expert knowledge of MiFID II, MiFIR, AML 6th EU Directive, AML/CTF regulations, and international sanctions
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and communication with authorities
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management practices
  • Excellent reporting and record-keeping skills
  • Business acumen paired with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and verbal)
  • Degree in Law; Certified Compliance Professional is a plus.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee compliance control systems to prevent or address legal and policy violations
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the efficiency of internal controls
  • Identify risks or non-conformities through periodic reviews of procedures and reports
  • Draft, modify, and implement company policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with senior management and various departments to monitor regulatory enforcement
  • Assess new business ventures for potential compliance risks
  • Provide advice, training, and compliance oversight to colleagues
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in compliance control
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory authorities
