We are looking to hire a Treasury Quantitative Analyst to join our Treasury Analytics team, which is part of the broader Treasury department. This role is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of IT, quantitative analysis, and finance, supporting Treasury Traders with infrastructure and analytical solutions.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key systems that support the Treasury function, implementing new financial products, and performing ad-hoc analysis. You will work closely with traders and other stakeholders to ensure that our IT infrastructure and analytics capabilities remain best-in-class.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain the front-end Treasury system using C# and React.
• Maintain and enhance the Treasury Management system.
• Implement and integrate new financial products for Treasury.
• Work with SQL to manage and analyze financial data.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Work closely with traders, analysts, and other internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and financial systems. We are looking for someone who is eager to apply their IT skills in a fast-paced trading environment and has an analytical mindset to drive improvements in our Treasury team.

You have a master’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field. You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar job (all levels of experience are welcome to apply).

Experience with quantitative finance and financial products is a plus. Furthermore, you possess strong programming skills in C# and ideally React for front-end development.

You can work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a person you are highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with other stakeholders.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English.
