Job Description

Key responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities and leads, both client and market expansion
Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth customer experience
Successfully closing deals
Establishing a high degree of confidence with clients in relation to financial risk and exposure
Consistently delivering sales KPIs
Organise client meetings to maintain and build upon relationships
Attend regular industry networking events
Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales team, operations team, compliance team.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Bachelors degree in relevant fields (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of FX/CFD markets, providers, products and services.
Previous sales experience within the financial industry, preferably from other brokers
Proven success in a high pressure/level, sales environment
Excellent ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite
Excellent sales skills
Enthusiasm, desire and passion to succeed in the fast moving financial industry, proactive, initiative taker
A team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
