Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

1. Daily cash, trade, and position reconciliations
2. Creation of client accounts, credentials, and groups on the trading platforms in addition to configuring new settings for certain client and regulatory requirements
3. Completing all operational activities are executed in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manner
4. Responding to client inquiries (tickets related to customer trading issues) and pending case inquiries to ensure timely resolution
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational activities
6. Reporting and updating of dividends, swap points, spread and other product information within the backoffice and website
7. Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
8. Liaising with technology vendors, liquidity providers, and prime brokers to accommodate the business
9. UAT testing on the client platform for technology upgrades
10. Collaborating with other business functions and departments to ensure that operational activities are aligned with the organization's overall objectives and priorities

What you will need:

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably graduated from Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Economy
2. Min. 1 year of working experience in Statistics/Finance/Data project, or strong involvement in numbers.
3. Excellent statistical analysis skill.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
5. Exemplary communication skills, ability to work with large cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical members
6. Familiar with project management tools/techniques (e.g. Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, etc), client service area, operational support, and financial investment industry will be a plus.
7. Familiar with using Meta trader 4 & 5 is a plus
8. Familiar with forex trading terms (Slippage, Spread Levels, Margin Requirement, Overbook, etc) is a plus
9. Willing to work in shift
