Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Manager to join one of Australia’s leading personal loan providers. What you’ll do

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting and collaborating with the Handypay team to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Assisting customers in completing applications
  • Creating new accounts for newly onboarded vendors in our CRM
  • Creating marketing collateral for the Account Managers and BDMs
  • Relationship Management – maintain great relationships with existing clients and potential clients
  • Grow Sales – grow Handypay sales through increased account utilisation rates across our vendor partners
  • Co-ordinate Promotional Campaigns – create promotional finance campaigns for vendor partners to assist in boosting sales for their business
  • Problem Solve – listen to our vendor partner’s needs, and understand their problems, so we can create better finance solutions to support their business
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and new sales initiatives
  • Any other sales support requests

What you’ll bring:

  • You’re passionate about sales and relationship building
  • A highly driven, self-motivated, and tenacious attitude
  • Excellent sales skills with in B2B and B2B2C sales
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to increase account utilisation and grow sales.
  • Computer Literacy - in particular, spreadsheet, word-processing, presentation and database applications, including CRM’s
