Due to continuous expansion of our global operations, we currently seek a dynamic individual to assume the role of WordPress Developer to be responsible for front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).
Job Description:
- Maintain and enhance the core functionalities of our websites while implementing new features and improvements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Ensure optimal performance, high availability, and efficient management of all technical aspects of the Content Management System (CMS).
- Collaborate in designing and developing effective, responsive layouts, transforming them into fully functional themes and plugins.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of front- end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor page builder and custom plugin development
- Experience working with ACF and custom post types
- Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred
- Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- OOP and Solid Principles (Optional but considered an advantage)
- React and TypeScript (Optional but considered an advantage)
