We are looking for a Sales & Account Representative with Thai, Indonesian, Hindi and Malaysian to join our team in Bulgaria. This role involves promoting and selling our trading services, assisting clients with their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively contribute to the growth of ActivTrades' client base by engaging in sales activities. This includes reaching out to promising leads, guiding them through the account opening process, and fostering a positive onboarding experience;
• Address general client inquiries promptly and effectively through various channels, such as chat, telephone, email, and Salesforce;
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and business partners. Maintain excellent client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional support;
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of Sales & Support strategies. Contribute valuable insights to enhance these plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
• Represent ActivTrades at international events to promote brand awareness and engage with potential clients. Contribute to creating a strong presence and networking opportunities;
• Actively develop skills in marketing, social media, and event organization. Collaborate with relevant departments to contribute to overall organizational success.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Fluency in either Thai, Indonesian, Hindi or Malaysian is mandatory;
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients;
• Knowledge of financial markets, Forex, CFDs, or trading platforms is an advantage;
• Previous experience in sales or customer service;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
