Our mission is to build software that simplifies multi-currency trading and increases client's profitability. We've created a new product category: Currency Management Automation.

The Role

Lead the execution of a new Kantox product from defined MVP to market delivery. Refine and deliver this strategic product launch based on client requirements and market insights.

Responsibilities

Product Execution & Launch

• Execute product delivery from MVP scope to market launch
• Refine product during prototyping based on client feedback and market inputs
• Coordinate go-to-market strategy and user training
• Manage delivery timeline across Engineering, Commercial, and Implementation teams

Product Management

• Break down MVP into logical development phases and prioritize features for iterative delivery
• Continue product development post-MVP to define new features and expand use cases for additional clients
• Write clear user stories and technical requirements
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and maintain agile practices
• Create product documentation for internal teams and clients

Who you are:

Essential

• 4-6 years Product Owner/Manager experience in fintech
• Proven track record launching complex B2B products from scratch to delivery
• Strong Scrum methodology experience with hands-on Product Owner role
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery including training and adoption
• Fluent business English

Preferred

• Background in Finance, Corporate Treasury
• Product management certification (CSPO, PSPO)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services
• API and integration experience
