We are currently seeking a Head of HR to join our talented team. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in multinational environments and a deep understanding of various cultural, legal, and business practices.
Location: Bucharest.
What you'll be actively doing:
Develop and execute HR strategy that aligns with global business goals and supports long-term organizational growth and scalability.
Ensure the implementation of performance management frameworks that foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture aligned with business KPIs.
Lead local execution of organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
Introduce and embed HR best practices to streamline HR operations, increase efficiency, and ensure consistent employee experience across functions.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future workforce needs. Build and execute talent retention plans that support leadership development and succession planning.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with Romanian labour laws and global HR policies, balancing legal risk with business needs.
Oversee the use and optimization of HRIS platforms and analytics tools to enhance workforce planning, decision-making, and data-driven insights.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing strategic insights and updates to the executive leadership and global HR stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to local and global executive teams, contributing to strategic business discussions and influencing people-related decisions at the highest level.
