Our Legal department would like to welcome a detail-oriented

Senior Legal Associate in our office in Limassol, Cyprus

This is a global-facing role, and you will be supporting entities across our group, with a primary focus on corporate advisory and transactions, and the flexibility to contribute to a wide range of legal matters, including dispute resolution and litigation support as required.

Responsibilities

Corporate Advisory & Transactions:

Advise on and support a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and general governance.

Day-to-Day Legal Support:

• Provide timely, pragmatic advice on commercial, IP, data protection, employment, and other operational legal issues.
• Drafting & Risk Management:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents; assess legal risks and provide actionable recommendations.

Project Management:

• Lead and deliver 40%-50% of assigned legal projects, ensuring milestones are met in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with business, finance, HR, and other teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver business-focused legal solutions.
• Dispute and Litigation Input:
• Provide preliminary input and support on disputes and litigation matters, including managing external counsel as needed.
• External Counsel Management:
• Instruct, coordinate, and supervise external legal advisors to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.

Legal Developments:

Monitor and communicate relevant legal, regulatory, and market developments to internal stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a law degree from a reputable institution and a strong academic record.
• 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally gained at a leading international or regional law firm.
• Demonstrated proficiency in corporate, commercial, or banking and finance law; experience with dispute resolution is an advantage.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives, delivering practical and strategic advice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; fluent English required, Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Fluent working proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in agile, high-performing teams.
