You will lead technical initiatives, drive modern engineering practices, and collaborate across teams to create innovative, data-driven solutions. The role reports to the Engineering Manager, based in Cyprus. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll take the lead in building and optimizing mobile applications, ensuring they are high-quality, scalable, and user-focused while driving innovation and collaboration across teams.
- Build and maintain exceptional mobile applications using React Native and best practices
- Shape architectural decisions, participate in code reviews, and lead technical improvements
- Automate build and release processes to streamline delivery and ensure rapid feedback
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Platform teams to deliver user-focused solutions
- Champion quality, automation, and learning through agile practices and technical discussions
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and encouraging best practices
About You
- Experience: 5+ years in mobile development with expertise in React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript. Knowledge of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design patterns (SOLID, MVVM), testing (TDD/BDD), and automation tools like GitHub Actions
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges
- Collaboration: Proven success working with remote, global teams and cross-functional partners
- Commitment to Growth: A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead in mobile technology trends
