About The Role

As the first Marketing Operations Manager at Checkout.com, you will own the marketing tech stack, attribution modelling and reporting for all demand generating marketing activities. You have a passion for creative problem solving and you use data and analytics to make decisions. You will work closely with our BI/ Data Science and Sales Operations team to connect data points through the prospect and customer journey via our various marketing & sales automation systems. You will own Marketing’s funnel metrics from across all of our channels (digital, events, SEO, direct marketing etc.) and work closely across the Marketing function to enable the demand engine. This role requires a strong understanding of all marketing automation (Pardot) & CRM systems (Salesforce); data and analytics for reporting purposes; lead attribution, routing & scoring. You will work closely with the rest of the Demand Generation team to connect the dots throughout the funnel to showcase Marketing’s incremental value of its programs.

Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all marketing attribution, reporting & business-driven KPIs
    • Oversee all of the marketing tech stack, integrations, and ensuring that they connect to one another to demonstrate incremental value for the business
    • Partner with the commercial function and specifically the Sales Operations team to align strategies, systems, funnels and performance KPIs & results
    • Refine our funnel and processes around lead management, routing by defining clear cross-functional SLAs that enables accountability
    • Partner with the BI team to visualise data in Looker, report on marketing results across the organisation & assess long-term marketing impact
    • Work closely with other marketing teams to support cross-functional processes and consolidated channel reporting

About You

    • +5 years of experience in marketing or sales operations
    • Deep knowledge of the marketing tech stack, metrics & analytics, SQL
    • Expertise in SQL, Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, Looker, Engagio, Demandbase and any other data, analytics experience for marketing & sales
    • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, BI, data science, product and digital teams
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • A strong communicator, energetic and willing attitude
