About us:

Elucidate is a RegTech/RiskTech start-up based in Berlin building an innovative SaaS-based solution for Financial Crime risk management. Our primary product offering, the Elucidate FinCrime Index, or EFI for short, is a platform aimed at providing quantified risk assessments to financial institutions with the goal of identifying and minimising their financial crime risk exposures, specifically focusing on money laundering, terror financing, and corruption risks. Think of us as the Moody’s of financial crime risk. The EFI is the first step towards a more interconnected and internationalised financial system actively working against criminals.

 

The role:

The Client Success Manager reports directly to the COO and is primarily responsible for ensure continuous engagement and success of User on the EFI platform.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Engaging proactively with clients and optimising operational integration on the EFI
  • Engaging clients with the product and collecting client feedback to continuously improve and develop product offering
  • Advocating for the integration of the EFI in client's internal risk management and anti-financial crime framework
  • Occasionally, assist the sales team in engaging clients on expert matters
  • Technical engagements with clients of various forms, ranging from banks to corporates to regulators
  • Engagement with the technology team on Platform design and implementation
  • Defining and meeting User Success targets 

 

We are looking for a person with:

  • Deep and broad experience in Financial Crime, working with a variety of client types with varied geographic and risk profiles
  • Have the ability to engage financial institutions, NBFIs and other client segments, accounting for their cultures, norms and processes at a senior level
  • Are comfortable engaging with new technologies and challenging the status quo
  • Have an interest for risk modelling and risk management
  • Have client facing experience, preferably with financial institutions
  • Have strong communication skills in English (other languages is a plus)
