Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the key person in the business to ensure communications, marketing and sales materials are consistent, clear and truly world class. Working with creative, marketing, sales and product experts, you will manage a wide range of projects, from powerpoints to video, sales pitches to brochures, social media to infographics. Some virtual events – and eventually face to face ones – may become part of your brief over time.
·Coordinate and plan production of marketing documents and events
Work across creative and marketing teams to create world class collateral
Liaise across the whole company to ensure our brand is used consistently and everyone has the marketing resources they need
With work the head of marketing to make sure business insights, client feedback, new ideas and strategic decisions are communicated effectively across the business
Support internal comms and reporting for marketing
Help ensure quality of content, including copy and visuals, is of a high standard across web, social, print and PR
Good understanding of creative and office software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Wordpress, Microsoft 365 and social media management software
Experience in an innovative, entrepreneurial business, ideally digital and/or financial services/banking
Ideally with Banking/Open Banking/Payments business experience
Desirable but not essential: Higher level design, copywriting or video skillset; understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
B2B specialist preferred

At the moment, and for the foreseeable future, this role will be 100% home based. We are in the process of developing a Future of Work at Pollinate strategy.
