This position provides complete administrative support for the Corporate Enterprise Sales Organization. As the first point of contact for all communication, this person will be responsible for providing high level professional support and act as the ambassador for the Sales Leader(s). This person will act as a liaison between the VP/SVP and other constituencies, both internal and external and will often need to achieve measurable results through others with the ability to build strong and balanced relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
Oversee heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
Handle meeting schedules, agendas, preparations and presentations
Responsible for scheduling global travel arrangements
Manage all incoming communications
Prioritize and run multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Handle expense reports and other administrative duties
Maintain confidentiality with the utmost integrity
Exercise independent judgment to make administrative decisions and take action in the executive's absence
Incumbent will maintain a positive, professional attitude and may train employees on procedures and office equipment, and serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
5+ years’ experience in an administrative role
Ability to problem solve and think on feet
Strong professional demeanor with customer focus
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and high level of integrity
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel, developing relationships proactively
Strong organizational skills with keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining high degree of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Prior experience working for Fiserv
High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred qualifications for consideration: Prior experience working to support multiple leaders
