The Operating Officer position offers you an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team on the development and control of the company. A substantial part of the job will consist of managing strategic projects as the right hand of the COO. We will invest actively in your training, coaching and career progression such that you can assume an increasing amount of responsibility over time.


Specific Responsibilities:


We are looking for a motivated person to join us in our London office as Operating Officer with the following responsibilities:

  • Project managing new company initiatives in respect of funding, portfolio management and market opportunities;
  • Supporting other teams within Fiduciam in achieving their strategic initiatives and goals;
  • Working with the Corporate Accountant on financial management and reporting, cashflow analysis and ad hoc finance exercises/projects; and
  • Assisting with internal audit and controlling.


About you:


  • Academic degree (bachelors/master) in business administration, law, engineering or other with excellent academic track record;
  • Experience of at least two years in an operating officer role or project management function;
  • You have an entrepreneurial profile and can-do attitude and you have an ability to set up and run new ventures within the company;
  • You are highly diligent and precise;
  • You are well organized, analytical, and results-focused;
  • You are able to work quickly and accurately against deadlines;
  • You are an excellent communicator, fluent in English, and other language skills (in particular Spanish, German, French and Dutch) are a plus.
  • Good numerical skills and proficiency with Excel and other productivity IT tools
