  • Support scaling up the Upgrade Card by improving the customer experience.
  • Analyze and monitor performance of existing and new features and identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across origination, verification and servicing.
  • Define new products and features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
Skills
  • Expertise in lending industry and/or Fintech preferred.
  • 2+ years of analytics/product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and AB testing software.
