Support scaling up the Upgrade Card by improving the customer experience.
Analyze and monitor performance of existing and new features and identify areas of improvement.
Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across origination, verification and servicing.
Define new products and features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
Expertise in lending industry and/or Fintech preferred.
2+ years of analytics/product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and AB testing software.
