As a Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. You will come to Melio having a vast knowledge of deploying Salesforce within a high-growth, startup environment. The administrator will work cross-functionally to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and adoption of the platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, partnering and collaboration with key stakeholders across the Melio organization to gather, prioritize and execute business requirements and solutions
Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Provide additional support and development bandwidth across varying platforms such as CRMs, Sales Enablement Solutions (SalesLoft, Sales Navigator), Telephony Solutions (Aircall, Talkdesk), and Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom)
Complete regular intern system audits and prepare for upgrade
Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between all teams utilizing the platform
Develop and maintain data quality to ensure accurate and reliable reporting across the entire organization, while monitoring strict adherence to protocols and procedures for data hygiene
Optimize systems architecture and business processes to continually reflect the growth and scale of the business
What We’d Love To See
4+ years of experience within a Salesforce Administration capacity, preferably within a high-growth work environment
Salesforce Administration certification
Strong understanding of Salesforce, along with best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities, along with the demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Team player with a documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
Knowledge of SQL, APEX, APIs, workflows and visual force
Understanding of the platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Proven expertise integrating tools within 3rd party integrations -- ZenDesk is a huge plus!
Bonus points for experience within Salesforce Lightning
Bonus points for direct experience within the fintech and/or startup environment
