Job Description

THE ROLE


You will work with the Bounce Back Loan Scheme (BBLS) team, coordinate meetings and events as required, manage BBLS mailboxes, lender queries and provide administrative support to the team. You will support the BBLS Team Director and Senior Account Managers to ensure a high quality and consistent service is provided to our Lenders and potential Lenders.


You will deliver administration activities for the BBLS Team to support the team in providing effective management of existing lender relationships.


Another responsibility will be to gather and manage information from Lender queries, and teams across the business; to ensure that the Lender Manual, and associated best practice templates used by lenders, remain relevant and contain the most up to date policy and best practice.


You will coordinate answers to lender queries and communicate these to lenders accurately and promptly. You will provide and co-ordinate scheme expertise in order to offer lender guidance regarding all BBLS related processes.


Previous experience in account management would be advantageous.


You will be highly organised, detail orientated, and be able to build effective and productive working relationships with both colleagues and third parties.


The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and remain calm under pressure will be essential, as well as being resilient and diplomatic.
