Within the Digital Lending and Origination Sales Team, the Sr. Sales Executive is primarily responsible for the sales of all products within the mortgage ecosystem. They have a secondary focus on the consumer lending products and a tertiary focus on the digital account opening products. The Sr. Sales Executive will lead sales pursuits with Fiserv core clients and non-core banking clients. The ideal candidate will support the business unit’s efforts to identify client targets, understand client needs and present solutions aligned with unique and complex client requirements. This requires an understanding of business channels, products, vendor and workflow requirements and communicating/detailing how the Digital Lending and Origination product suites can support specific new client needs. This role also requires the candidate to possess a deep understanding of the solution selling methodology and embrace a consultative sales approach, as well as possess the ability to effectively collaborate cross functionally.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
Develop new client relationships with clients in targeted vertical markets.
Develop and execute long and short-range sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives as established by the leadership team.
You will craft client pricing, develop presentations and demonstrate client proposals that effectively communicate the Fiserv value proposition.
You will also coordinate with legal resources internally in the negotiation of new agreements with prospective clients.
Support and detail new client due diligence requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate other Digital Lending and Origination resources as needed to complete this process.
We need you to advise and keep management apprised of sales activities, progress of strategic plans and client responses. Run various management reports and updates on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Identify and coordinate participation in appropriate trade organizations and industry conferences and attend as needed.
Gather and communicate product and competitive information from the field regularly. Act as an information resource to all internal functional areas including sales support, marketing and product management.
Support integrated sales efforts by facilitating cross-sell opportunities with Fiserv clients inside and outside of the Digital Lending and Origination group.

5 + years of sales experience within the software, financial services or mortgage industry
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve multi-million-dollar sales quota
Prior experience in identifying and developing leads within assigned territory.
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to travel 50%
Minimum 8 years software or Loan Origination System (LOS) sales experience,
In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and market conditions
Knowledge of other mortgage LOS products
Experience working with banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders (small to medium)
