We are hiring a talented and motivated Merchant Success Specialist to join our winning team where you will have a chance to innovate, grow, and make a difference. As a member of the Merchant Success team, you will be responsible for activating, maintaining, and managing relationships for PayBright’s merchant partners across Canada.

This role involves activating and onboarding new merchants, communicating and building relationships with our merchant partners, explaining our offering, training, and coaching their staff to maximize their usage of financing plans to drive business growth. To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.

The Role
  • Successfully onboard and train our new merchant partners
  • Become an expert on PayBright’s products to provide recommendations, best practices, and on-going support for our merchants
  • Support existing merchant accounts and troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with our Tech/Product teams to investigate issues
  • Contribute on proactive merchant engagement campaigns to drive adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Work closely with our Merchant Success Managers to identify opportunities to grow our merchant accounts

  • Curious, motivated, and excited to solve problems for our merchants
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Tech savvy, with moderate to basic experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
  • Successful B2B client management and/or customer success track record an asset
