Better starts and ends with the customer

Your main goal is to ensure the acquisition of new clients for Western Union Business Solutions, ranging from small-medium enterprises to corporations across different industries. You will engage C-level stakeholders of prospective clients, both over the phone and in-person, leveraging company s core assets: foreign exchange services, cross-border payments, currency risk management solutions.

You will identify business opportunities through different channels: cold calling, industry-related events, channel partners. You will develop and manage your sales pipeline through the internal CRM tool.

You will work closely with the Farming team to ensure clients are comfortable to book their trades either in Western Union Business Solutions self-service digital platform or dealing over the phone, and will partner with the Corporate Hedging team to stimulate clients upselling opportunities for FX hedging products.

In order to be successful in this role we ll need you to have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales roles within the Financial Services market and in particular FX/international payments. You ll need the ability to manage complex client relationship and consistently apply your negotiations skills.
