We're looking for a talented Enterprise Programme Director to join the team and help Form3 change the way that payments infrastructure is provided to Banks, FinTech and other regulated institutions across UK, Europe and the US.
Reporting into the Customer Success - Head of Enterprise, this role will combine programme and relationship management both pre and post sales. The focus of this role will be to proactively manage programme development and customer requirements to foresee challenges and opportunities. Your aim will be to develop long term customer relationships, focused on delivering against their key objectives.
Advise and help shape the strategic direction, approach, activities, timings and deliverables
Manage multiple work streams to achieve delivery of key programme milestones
Ensure expectations of key stakeholder (Form3 and Customer) are managed in line with business objectives and Form3 product strategy
Lead contractual negotiation with customer(s)
Coordinate the legal and security processes, whilst taking the lead on all internal and external communications for complex enterprise customer engagements.
Primary escalation point for subject matter experts and workstream leads to help maintain focus on delivery
Define and manage programme communications to internal and external stakeholders
Working across Form3, lead and manage programme resource requirements
Interaction with technical and operational implementation teams
Capturing and understanding of key opportunities for enhancement in products and services to feed into Product
Manage and report on the overall programme(s), delivery budget and forecast for the programme(s)
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager or Director from the Payments or Financial Services space. Ideally this applicant will have a strong interest in technology and is able to bridge the gap between programme and relationship management effectively. That being said, if you can show experience in the below areas, you will be considered:
Experience managing large scale (Enterprise) projects/programmes
Track record of managing technical projects within the financial services/banking industry
Have an understanding of/experience working with payments schemes (FPS, BACS, SEPA, SWIFT)
Experience in negotiating and leading legal and contractual processes
Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and be the first point of contact for all customers
Proven history of managing and reporting on overall programmes
