We’re now looking for a customer service agent to be a part of our operations team. As a customer service agent, you will be one of the first outside employees of the company and work with enhancing the customer experience to create loyal customers.
Your area of responsibilities will be to:
Be responsible for creating and generating Experience WOW to Qliro’s customers by managing our customers inquires
Manage incoming customer service inquires per phone, chat and e-mail (primarily Danish customers but also Swedish and Norwegian customers when needed).
Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Be part of the development of the company’s routines and policies in customer treatment.
We believe you:
Fluent in Danish, Swedish and English verbally and in writing, knowledge in other Nordic languages is meritorious
Service-minded and passionate about creating customer satisfaction
Driven and willing to grow within the company
You are detail oriented and can handle multitask at ease
Are structured, flexible, engaged and have great communication skills
Have experience in customer service towards E-commerce, banking or finance
The employment will be based at Qliro’s office in Stockholm and we want the right person to join us as soon as possible.
