Blend IT is the team folks look forward to asking for help. We provide the tools and support that allow the rest of the company to do their best work. As the first IT hire for our 60-person NYC office you’ll be the in-person face of our team as we help people with their laptop, mobile, AV, network, and other technology needs. You’ll also provide remote support to employees on the East Coast and other early risers. Collaborate with the rest of the IT Team around the country, learning with our top experts and teaching from your areas of expertise. If you’ve previously worked as an IT Analyst, IT Engineer, Helpdesk Support, Tech Support Agent, or other similar title we encourage you to apply!
How You’ll Contribute
Triage and resolution of Tier 1, 2, and sometimes 3 issues via Zendesk and walkups
Helping coworkers with a wide variety of backgrounds, from highly technical engineers to folks who specialize in interpersonal skills
Monitoring our Zoom video systems and Meraki network equipment, making changes with the help of our SF-based specialists
Using the custom AV system in our event space to host or join company meetings
Ordering, organizing, and distributing laptops and other IT equipment
Escalation of complex issues to senior teammates
Creating excellent documentation to share with the team and the company, as well as maintaining existing documentation

Solid MacOS troubleshooting skills
Remote support experience
Background in Fintech , or other secure environments
Experience with JAMF, Okta, Zoom, G Suite, Meraki, Atlassian, Zendesk
