About The Role
As an eCommerce Solutions Consultant, you will sit within the GTM organization and will be working very closely with both the sales and customer success teams. You will help prospects and existing customers to design and map their full eCommerce tech stack/ecosystem. This role will focus on offering strategic advice on how Returnly fits within their full return’s experience. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic advisor on any relevant integration(s) based on their unique requirements.
You will provide integration design workflows, advise on how best to configure implementation settings, and provide technical advice to customers on how their systems interact with Returnly’s platform to incorporate our robust post-purchase feature set. You will be working with a Solutions Engineer to map out complex integrations and create customer blueprints (IT landscape). You will be working closely with people throughout the engineering organization and designing integration plans that create seamless returns experienced for our customers’s end users.
What you'll be doing...
Act as a trusted advisor to our customers during the sales & onboarding process, bringing extensive e-commerce expertise, strategic vision, and best practices
Partner with AEs & CSMs to be the main technical point of contact for all API & integration design configuration discussions
Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for customers & clients that address their specific objectives and challenges
Serve as the internal expert on returns ecosystem design, planning & technical requirements
Consult with prospects and existing customers on their current and future plans for creating their ideal returns experience and offer prescriptive results based on Returnly’s current features and functions
Document (blueprint) the full customer ecosystem for Returnly customers including but not limited to their OMS, 3PL, WMS, ERP, BI, etc.
5-7 years solutions consulting/API development experience
Working experience using API’s using XML or JSON
Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and key players in the space including but not limited to (Shopify, BigCommerce, Bergen, NetSuite, Magento, SAP, Shiphero, Shipbob, Optoro)
Deep understanding of e-commerce business goals and the processes involved
Executive presence, ability to run a call, align stakeholders around process design and complex decision making and redirect where needed
Ability to use Lucidchart/workflow diagramming software to be able to create detailed flowcharts to document and map out complex ecosystems
