Your role will be essential in maintaining our corporate functions in areas such as the Commercial Department, Finance, Accounting, and Treasury fully operational. You’ll be an application architect and you’ll be in charge of designing Pago Fácil application evolution. You’ll provide application support and also establish, implement, and administer the necessary technology infrastructures required. Also, you’ll also be involved in the solution design for internal projects of the IT Department, as well as in transformational projects that will take us to the future. You will do this by participating in process improvements and in new systems implementations. Working with a range of different stakeholders, internally, you will coordinate your vision with a team of technical and functional application leaders. Externally, you will have the challenge of ensuring alignment with third-party vendors involved in your daily activities. You’ll define technical solutions for subsequent developments, aligned with the reference architectures and architecture strategy (roadmaps). Also, you’ll collaborate with Application Architects and Senior Developers on the selection of appropriate design patterns.
For this role, you will need a degree in computer science or related, with 5 years of experience in software development and more than 2 years of experience in solution architecture design. Besides, you’ll need experience in application development or support (.NET; Java), service-oriented architecture patterns including SOAP and REST. Also, you’ll need solid knowledge in standard database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL, as well as significant working experience in SQL or PL/SQL query writing. You will need to demonstrate excellent organization and tasks prioritization. You’ll need to have had exposure to UNIX/Linux administration. The required skills are teamwork, collaboration, dynamism, flexibility, customer-oriented, analytical. You’ll need experience in assembling application solutions or designing solutions. You’ll use your technical knowledge and architecture knowledge to create a new technology through innovation attitude. It’s required: Knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development), Java, JavaScript frameworks (Spring, AngularJS), Cloud technologies and Oracle databases. You’ll use Agile methodologies. Advanced English level is required. It will be nice to have: JBoss, Spring Boot, Groovy, Redis.
