Working as part of the Delta Capita Global HR Team, and reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will ensure that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for live roles and build a strong pipeline for the future. This is a fast-paced, hands on role where you will be attracting talent to DC to directly enable our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging with talent for roles across all business lines, at all levels.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strong DC ambassador; driving a positive candidate experience from approach to onboarding
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including; drafting role profiles, posting vacancies, head-hunting, long and shortlisting, candidate screening, interviews and making offers; for roles in Europe, APAC and the Americas
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand current and future business needs
  • Identify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals and networking
  • Approach passive candidates to build a pipeline of talent for DC
  • Support line managers in building interview capability where needed
  • Use the ATS to manage candidates and roles effectively and support data-driven decision making on resourcing
  • Ensure that all recruitment activity is reviewed from a diversity and inclusion perspective to minimise the risk of any bias and ensure access to the broadest possible candidate base
  • Propose and develop innovative methods to build and strengthen DC’s employer brand and provide access to the best talent

  • Significant experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activity
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context
  • Collaborative approach – both with HR colleagues and business stakeholders

  • Strong communicator and confident networker at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

 

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in hiring Financial Services, Technology and Consulting roles
  • Track record in implementing / optimising use of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Skills in analysing data to create and use insights to inform future decision making
  • Understanding of IR35 context and impact on approach to resourcing
  • Global resourcing experience – including US and APAC
  • Understanding of visa sponsorship processes and, specifically, UK immigration context
