Job Description

The Business Analyst will work closely with the broader product dev teams, product management, clients, third party vendors, support, project managers and product development to help analyze data requirements for projects, customers and integrations related to the nCino application.

Working closely with Team Data and product development, this position will become an expert on the nCino product data model.

  • Analyse requirements related to market solutions build & integrations to ensure nCino has a best in class offering for an identified market solution.
  • Pull together the value proposition for feature build on the nCino eco system, overseeing delivery from ideation to delivery for genuine value add delivery into target market solutions
  • Participate in the full development process and be a leader when it comes to owning the software development lifecycle process
  • Understand and occasionally resolve continuous configuration issues
  • Identify and track changes required for each nCino product release cycle
  • Work with team members to author functional documentation detailing requirements, process flows & Acceptance criteria
  • Manage client and third party vendor relationships to manage through to delivery
  • Help author and maintain process documentation for the data team

Required :
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in an Analysis role or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and supervisor performance
  • Deep functional Requirements gathering, Process mapping & experience
  • Must have a solid understanding software development lifecycle and passion for agile practises
  • Experience within Fintech/Financial services
  • Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills
  • Solid communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Team-oriented but able to work autonomously
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines
  • Understanding of integration concepts
  • Understanding of financial services and how they operate with core systems

  • SalesForce certifications preferred
  • Experience in the Financial Services domain preferred (especially Commercial Lending, Asset based finance or Mortgages
  • European Language Preferred (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
